OLOP now has a method to do online donations via the Vanco system in addition to mailing in/dropping off donations at the church or setting up online donations via Bill Pay at your local bank. Movie night is coming soon and will be held on Saturday, September 19, immediately following Divine Liturgy. We have chosen the movie Disney’s Live Action Aladdin. This will be entertaining for the children and the parents. I am asking that everyone who plans to come to please sign-up on the link that is provided below. There will be pizza, popcorn, drinks, and other goodies for the children and the parents. I look forward to seeing many of you here. Please remember to bring a blanket to sit on or lounge chairs if you prefer.

Dear Parishioners of OLOP:
The Parish Council is sponsoring a family “Movie Night” at OLOP, on Saturday, September 19, following Divine Liturgy. This special event will take place on the lawn of the parking side of Church. A movie projector and screen will be made available for this evening.
We will have pizza, popcorn, soda’s, hot chocolate, and other goodies for the kids and parents. Please bring a blanket to sit on the lawn or you may bring lawn chairs if you wish. God willing it will a beautiful evening outside. Social distancing will apply.

It is my sad duty to inform you that George and Fadi Sarkis and Alla Ferris have passed away in Lebanon. This tragedy has caused much sadness to their family and we unite in prayer for their souls and the consolation of their family. George is the brother of Faouzi Sarkis and Fadi is his cousin. Alla Ferris is the cousin of Manal Sarkis. Our hearts and prayers go out to Faouzi and Manal Sarkis and their family as well as their families in Lebanon. May Almighty God welcome George, Fadi, and Alla into His kingdom and may their souls rest in peace. Allah yerhammo.
